Role & Responsibilities

• Own and operate your regional franchise territory — recruit, train, and manage a micro-team of content creators and local ambassadors.
• Drive monthly content output and social growth KPIs using our playbook, templates, and dashboard tools.
• Build relationships with local businesses, colleges, and influencers to fuel content partnerships and monetization opportunities.
• Report weekly on performance metrics, customer feedback, and opportunity gaps — with agile course correction.
• Co-create new content verticals or formats with HQ based on local market demand and trends.




• Represent the brand in your region — uphold tone, quality, and community standards across all outputs.
