Job DescriptionGauri Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil with strong hands-on experience in building construction and site execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements.
• Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, consultants, and other site teams.
• Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work executed at site.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.




• Ensure proper utilization and availability of construction materials.
• Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site records.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with quality and site safety requirements.
• Support billing, quantity verification, and preparation/checking of site measurements.
• Ensure work is completed according to the planned schedule.

Candidate Requirements• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction.
• Robust knowledge of RCC and building construction activities.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
• Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, quantities, and construction materials.
• Strong site supervision and contractor coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.
