Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Entry Level Learning and Development Executive role for a US process, located in Rajarhat and working the night shift. The role involves supporting learning and development programs, coordinating training sessions, and assisting in onboarding initiatives for recent team members.



Responsibilities include maintaining training records, preparing learning materials, and supporting HR in implementing development-related policies and processes. The executive will collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure timely completion of learning activities. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, providing administrative support to HR operations, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
