Role Description The Sales Lead Conversion role is a full time remote position responsible for converting qualified leads into active customers across PPStack’s EdTech, career, and digital solutions. This role involves managing inbound and outbound leads,
conducting discovery calls, understanding learner and client needs, and recommending tailored programs or services. The Sales Lead Conversion specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up consistently, and nurture relationships to maximize conversion rates and long-term engagement. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, providing feedback on lead quality, and supporting online events or webinars to generate new opportunities. The role also includes basic customer support during the sales cycle, sharing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless handover to onboarding or account management teams.
