• ? Graduation is mandatory
• ? Freshers can apply
• ? Sales/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
• ?️ Strong English communication skills are mandatory
• ? Positive convincing, negotiation & objection-handling skills
• ? Personal laptop is mandatory
• ? Stable Wi-Fi & power backup required
• ⏰ Comfortable with the required shift timings
• ? Comfortable working with sales/renewal targets.
? Key Responsibilities
• Connect with existing customers and drive renewals
• Understand customer requirements and address concerns
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Follow up with customers and close renewals
• Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
• Build strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned renewal targets
