MyTourMakers is a Delhi NCR-based travel company that designs domestic and international holidays for families, couples, groups and corporate travellers. We take pride in building trips that are well planned, fairly priced and handled with care from the first enquiry to the client's return.

About the Role
We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant who already understands how this industry works. This is not a training role. We want someone who can pick up an enquiry, understand what the client really wants, build a sensible itinerary, quote with confidence and close the booking without needing to be walked through each step.

If you enjoy talking to clients, know your destinations well and can handle a "your price is too high" conversation calmly, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, email and the website, and respond within agreed timelines




- Understand each client's budget, travel dates, preferences and purpose of travel before proposing anything
- Plan and prepare detailed, practical day-wise itineraries for domestic and international packages
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and airline/ticketing partners for rates and availability
- Negotiate with suppliers for better rates and with clients to close the deal profitably
- Handle client objections on price, inclusions, hotels and timing, and turn hesitant enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up consistently on open quotes and maintain a healthy conversion ratio
- Make sure booking details, payments, vouchers and documentation are accurate and sent on time
- Maintain lead and booking records in the CRM and share daily/weekly updates with the reporting manager
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support repeat and referral business
