We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Partner – Uplaunch Alliances to build and lead our institutional partnerships vertical.

What you will build• Relationships with schools, colleges and universities
• Partnerships with coaching institutes and education providers
• Institutional referral and counselling channels
• Career guidance and student engagement programmes
• Long-term B2B education relationships
• A scalable institutional partnership pipeline for Uplaunch

Who we are looking for• Experience in B2B business development, institutional sales, education partnerships or relationship management
• Existing relationships with schools, colleges, universities or education providers strongly preferred




• Demonstrable ability to build and convert partnerships
• Strong communication, networking and commercial skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
• Genuine interest in education, careers and student outcomes
