Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Karnataka, India. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell Super Shine Excel products, achieve sales targets, and expand market coverage. Daily activities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing and terms, and processing orders.



The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the supply and logistics teams, and ensuring timely delivery and product availability. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, track competitor activities, support promotional campaigns, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, household cleaning products, or related consumer goods.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Ability to conduct market visits, identify new leads, and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages used in Karnataka.
• Basic proficiency with mobile or computer-based tools for reporting, order entry, and documentation.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
