What we are looking for:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Robust sales and communication skills
• Proven experience with Upwork bidding
• Ability to understand client requirements quickly
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Confidence in handling client calls and meetings
• Ability to prepare convincing proposals and quotations
• Strong ability to convert leads into meetings and close projects
• Experience working with clients from USA, UK,



Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing and IT/Software services
• Target-oriented and focused on revenue generation

Key Responsibilities:• Find high-quality projects on Upwork
• Write personalized and conversion-focused proposals
• Communicate with potential clients through chat and calls
• Qualify leads and understand project requirements
• Conduct follow-ups and negotiate with clients
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams
• Schedule client meetings
• Handle the sales process from initial inquiry to project closure
• Maintain bidding, lead, follow-up, and conversion records
