Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications supporting Caffio’s AI and automation solutions. Responsibilities include building responsive interfaces, developing backend APIs, integrating third-party services, working with databases, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with the team to deliver production-ready features. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City and is open to freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
Qualifications
• Strong fundamentals in front-end development,



JavaScript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or similar contemporary frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of back-end development, APIs, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with academic, personal, internship, or freelance full-stack projects.
• Understanding of Git/GitHub, testing, and basic secure coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good problem-solving skills, communication, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or CI/CD is beneficial.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or data-driven applications is a plus.
