About Holistic Group
Holistic Group has been building nature-centric second homes near Mumbai for over seven years — six projects delivered and around 150 families handed over, across Karjat, Roha and the Lonavala belt. Through TrustBridge we also sell first homes across the Panvel and NAINA corridor. Our buyers are families from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune.
About the role
This is the route into a sales manager role at Holistic. You will carry your own smaller portfolio while supporting a sales manager on larger accounts, and the expectation is that you grow into managing your own book within twelve to eighteen months.
Our sales are not quick. A second home is a considered, emotional purchase and the decision usually takes six to eighteen months. Most of our sales are won in month seven, not month one.
What you will do
• Carry 20 to 30 live client relationships of your own, with full ownership of each
• Support a sales manager on larger accounts — preparing cost sheets, coordinating site visits, chasing documentation
• Conduct site visits independently once trained,



including weekends
• Keep complete and honest records in the CRM — every conversation, every next action, every date
• Follow up relentlessly and politely over long cycles

Who we are looking for
• 3 to 5 years in sales; graduate
• Discipline in follow-up. The single biggest reason a second-home sale is lost is that nobody called back
• Clarity in writing and on the phone — you will be the first voice many customers hear
• Genuine ambition to become a sales manager, and willingness to learn the product in depth
• Willing to travel to site and work weekends when clients visit

Industry experience is welcome but not required
We will consider solid candidates from hospitality, insurance, banking, holiday ownership or any role involving consultative selling to individual customers. What matters is that you have held a real conversation with a customer and carried it through.
