We are looking for a People Experience Coordinator to join our HR team and help create a seamless and memorable experience for everyone at FRND. From welcoming new joiners and managing on boarding to celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, coordinating wellness initiatives, and ensuring smooth exit formalities, you will play an important role in shaping the overall workplace experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, has an eye for detail, and loves bringing thoughtful ideas to life. You will work closely with the HR team to drive people-focused initiatives and ensure that every interaction and milestone is handled with care.

? Key Responsibilities

1. People Experience & Lifecycle Management

• Manage and coordinate key touchpoints throughout the people journey,



from pre-joining and onboarding to engagement during the tenure and exit formalities.
• Ensure every new joiner has a smooth and welcoming first-day experience, including onboarding kits, welcome notes, and joining-day arrangements.
• Coordinate exit formalities and ensure the off boarding experience is seamless, organized, and handled professionally.

2. Engagement, Celebrations & Culture

• Plan and coordinate birthdays, work anniversaries, festivals, team celebrations, and other special occasions.
• Come up with creative and thoughtful ideas to make celebrations and workplace experiences more engaging.
• Coordinate team activities, culture-building initiatives, and other HR-led engagement programs.
• Ensure significant milestones are recognised and celebrated on time.

3. Vendor Management & Budget Coordination

• Identify and coordinate with vendors for onboarding kits, birthday and anniversary gifts, festive hampers, wellness activities, events, a
