Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing relationships with retail and professional customers, and expanding the distribution of cglam lifestyle products in the assigned territory. Daily activities include visiting outlets, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating orders, ensuring product visibility and merchandising, and following up on payments. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities, preparing regular sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams for promotions and new product launches.



The Sales Executive will represent the brand in local market initiatives and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities to manage retailers, distributors, and professional partners.
• Basic commercial and analytical skills, including territory planning, target achievement, and reporting.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Comfort with on-the-ground fieldwork, including regular market visits within Ahmedabad and nearby areas.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute.
• Familiarity with MS Office or digital sales too
