Role Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Reporting & MIS Analyst to manage recurring TA reporting, maintain accurate recruitment data, and provide timely operational insights to the Talent Acquisition team and HR leadership. The role will focus on consolidating information from Workday and recruiter inputs, producing standard reports and dashboards, tracking hiring progress,



and improving the consistency and efficiency of TA reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly Talent Acquisition MIS reports covering demand, open positions, candidate pipeline, interviews, offers, joining status, ageing, and closures.
• Consolidate recruitment data from Workday, recruiter trackers, and other approved sources into accurate and standardised reports.
• Validate data completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and follow up with recruiters or stakeholders for timely corrections.
• Maintain TA trackers, reporting templates, metric definitions, and reporting calendars.
• Track hiring progress against demand plans, targets, service-level expectations, and key milestones.
• Produce operational dashboards and leadership-ready summaries using Excel and Power BI.
