We’re building a brand that brings together wellness, lifestyle, taste and community — and we’re now looking to expand our B2B presence across India.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to build and grow Midori Life’s offline B2B business.You will be responsible for identifying potential partners, pitching our products, sending samples, closing accounts and building long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For-

0-1 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, FMCG, F&B;, wellness, hospitality or a related industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong ability to generate leads and close sales




Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
Confident meeting business owners and decision-makers
Self-driven, target-oriented and highly proactive
Strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

What You'll Do-

Identify and build a strong pipeline of potential B2B customers
Reach out to cafés, gyms, studios, hotels and wellness businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email and in-person meetings
Introduce Midori Life products and understand each partner's requirements
Coordinate product sampling and trials
Conduct sales meetings and product presentations
Negotiate pricing, MOQs and commercial terms
Convert leads into recurring B2B accounts
Maintain relationships with existing partners and drive rep
