Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Field Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing channel partners, and nurturing relationships with architects, builders, and institutional clients within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations and demonstrations,



negotiating contracts, and closing sales for home automation and IoT solutions. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installations, and gathering market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. The Field Sales Manager is expected to work independently in the field while maintaining regular communication with the central team.
Qualifications
• Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing in B2B or B2C environments.
• Account management and relationship-building skills for working with architects, builders, channel partners, and institutional clients.
• Territory management and planning abilities, with experience in handling field sales operations, preferably in Mumbai or similar metropolitan markets.
