We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters with 2–5 years of proven expertise in US recruitment to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, databases, references, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, domain knowledge, functionality, and qualifications.
• Hands-on experience in US staffing/contract-to-hire recruitment.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Negotiate effectively and ensure smooth hiring processes.




• Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving business environments.

Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Experience:
• US IT Recruitment: 2–5 years (Preferred)
