About The Role

We are looking for a Client Solution Analyst – Engineering & BI to work at the intersection of clients, Business Operations, and Engineering teams.

This role will focus on understanding business and client requirements, translating them into clear and actionable requirements for Engineering and BI teams, coordinating solution delivery, analyzing business data, and ensuring effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a developer but should have a good understanding of technology and engineering environments, with the ability to understand technical concepts, communicate business requirements effectively, and collaborate closely with Engineering and BI teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Business Requirement Management

• Work closely with clients and Business Operations teams to understand business needs, challenges, workflows,



and enhancement requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into transparent, structured requirements that Engineering and BI teams can understand and execute.
• Conduct requirement discussions to clarify business logic, expected outcomes, priorities, and dependencies.
• Act as a key point of coordination for client and business requirements through the solution lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and provide updates on requirements and solution progress.

Engineering & BI Coordination

• Act as a bridge between clients, Business Operations, Engineering, and BI teams.
• Work closely with engineers and BI teams to communicate business requirements and clarify functional expectations.
