Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead with 14+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for our rapidly expanding solar manufacturing operations in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing recruitment, strategic workforce planning, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, employer branding and high-volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, projects, R&D;, sales and corporate functions.
- Drive leadership, middle-management and bulk hiring for manufacturing operations.
- Develop strategic manpower plans aligned with business expansion and organizational growth.
- Partner with business heads and senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely talent acquisition.
- Build solid talent pipelines and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage recruitment budgets, hiring timelines, recruitment agencies and key performance indicators.
- Strengthen employer branding and improve recruitment processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 14+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in large manufacturing organizations.
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing plant-level and corporate hiring.
- Strong expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning and senior stakeholder management.
- Experience in greenfield or brownfield manufacturing expansion projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
