Major Roles and responsibilities
-Maintain accurate and Up-to-date project documentation and records,
ensuring all information is easily accessible.
-Review of tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of
quantities & ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Quantity estimation of all MEP items
- Good communication/ interpersonal skills
- Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -
construction industry
-Checking and submitting final cost as per work orders including extra /
excess /saving.
-Conduct regular site visits to check the BOQ specification & Quantities at
PAN India level
