Role Purpose

To ensure smooth and accurate weighbridge operations by recording vehicle movements, generating weighing documents, maintaining transaction records, and coordinating with logistics, security, and dispatch teams for seamless material movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate weighbridge software and record vehicle entry/exit details.
- Conduct gross weight, tare weight, and net weight measurements accurately.
- Generate weighment slips, gate passes, and related documents.
- Verify transport documents, challans, invoices, and material details.
- Coordinate with dispatch, stores, mines, production, and security teams for vehicle clearance.
- Maintain daily weighbridge transaction records and reports.




- Ensure compliance with statutory, company, and audit requirements related to weighment activities.
- Monitor queue management and facilitate smooth vehicle movement.
- Report system issues, weighing discrepancies, and unusual observations to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at the weighbridge area.
- Support data compilation, MIS preparation, and reconciliation of dispatch records.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site-specific operational procedures.
