Desired Profile

M.Sc. (General / Organic) Chemistry & Diploma in Patent Law with 8 - 14 years’ experience or Ph.D. with 5 - 10 years’ experience.

Job Description, Key Skills and Competencies:

Responsible for handling patent matters in drug discovery. The role requires:

- Handling comprehensive patentability and freedom-to-operate searches for current chemical entities and other related modalities.





- Patent drafting and filing for India, PCT and abroad.

- Handling patent prosecutions related to chemical matter, method of use, pharmaceutical formulations, polymorphs etc.

Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of drafting patent applications and responding to office actions.

- Expertise in preparing and executing claim amendments across major global jurisdictions.

- Presentation and communication skills.
