Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Developer (SD-II) who can work as an individual contributor on projects, new application development and bug fixes, and handle tasks independently with minimal support from the Technical Lead. You will work closely with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis, design and architecture, development documents, pipelines and installers, and coordinate with our US team to deliver high-quality software.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

- Work as an individual contributor on assigned projects, new application development and bug fixes.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver them independently, with minimal guidance from the Technical Lead.
- Support the Technical Lead in requirement analysis, design and architecture, development documentation,



pipelines and installers.
- Write clean, secure and exception-free code, and follow engineering best practices across the SDLC.
- Debug issues and fix defects, and keep code well documented.
- Communicate regularly with team members and the US team on progress, questions and risks.
- Keep learning new tools and technologies, and take on recent challenges as the team grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Ability to work independently on tasks with minimal support.
- Proficient with Microsoft .NET development using C#
- Good knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .NET technologies including: WCF, LINQ and ORM
- Above average understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good hands-on programming experience and strong debugging skills
- Experience with source control systems (Git & GitHub) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Ability to work independently on tasks with minimal support, and also in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and the US team

Preferred Competency Requirements

- Basic working knowledge of inter-process communication (IPC) including Sockets, Web Services and REST APIs
- Experience with web development using MVC
- Experience with database development including SQL
- Experience with developing multi-threaded applications
- Experience with writing secure and exception-free code
