Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1.Plan, strategize, and execute campaigns on WhatsApp, SMS, , and website channels end-to-end.

2. Target and engage the right audience using data mining and segmentation, managing customer journeys based on responses.

3. Upload data to platforms, schedule campaigns, and trigger communications manually or automatically.

4. Pull campaign response data and send it to call centers for follow-up while preparing daily and weekly performance reports.

5. Write customized campaign content, coordinate with stakeholders for approvals, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

6. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors, managing vendor invoicing and campaign tool performance.

7. Work with technology vendors on chatbot flows, website styling, and troubleshoot delivery issues.

8. Generate and segment target customer lists by language and geography, prioritizing communication channels effectively.

9. Ensure campaign content is audit-ready, approved before dispatch, and maintain opt-in and DND compliance.
