1New Build Rollout & Cost Control1.Deliver new sites as per monthly targets within turnaround time (TAT).
2.Monitor average capex cost per site and ensure alignment with baseline.
3.Track hand over take over (HOTO) to ready for active installation (RFAI) conversion and drive turnaround time (TAT) reduction.
4.Ensure permit to work (PTW) compliance as per workplace, safety, and health (ESH) guidelines.
5.Coordinate with partners and Electricity Boards to drive site electrification within service level agreements (SLA).
6.Conduct physical and remote site audits to ensure safety compliance.
7.Ensure quality processes are followed with zero critical punch points.




2CWIP Control and Compliance1.Clear work completion certificates (WCC) within turnaround time (TAT) of ready for active installation (RFAI) and ensure asset site note (ASN) approval within defined timelines.
2.Drive reduction of capital work in progress (CWIP), ensuring material return to warehouse if RFAI is not achieved.
3.Resolve pre-RFAI hold sites and convert them to RFAI.
4.Resolve post-RFAI issues (PRI) and track closures.
5.Maintain system sanctity and ensure all milestones are updated accurately in internal tools.
6.Ensure booking and validation of non-standard costs through stage-wise joint measurement sheets (JMS).
7.Control implementation of cost-efficient deployment methods to optimize project spending.
3Customer and Delivery Coordination1.Coordinate with Acquisition for hand over take over (HOTO), handover issues, access permissions, and resolution of hold sites.
2.Coordinate with operations and maintenance for ready for active installation (RFAI) to ready for service (RFS) flow and site handover.
3.Manage customer expectations and align delivery with customer requirements.
4.Engage with partners to ensure timely and quality execution and drive work completion certificate (WCC) approvals and payments.
