Role Description The Application Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for providing technical and application support for diagnostic products, including installation, configuration, onboarding, and user training for hospital, clinic, and laboratory customers.



The Application Specialist will handle day-to-day troubleshooting, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve product-related issues. They will conduct product demonstrations, gather user feedback, and support the implementation of best practices to ensure optimal use of diagnostic solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and support activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of application workflows and customer experience.
