Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttarakhand, India. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. The Store Manager leads and mentors the store team,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adherence to Apple retail standards, and efficient handling of sales and service inquiries. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, managing cash handling and reporting, and enforcing retail loss prevention practices. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, coordinating with regional leadership, and maintaining a clean, organized, and protected store environment.

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive, engaging in-store experiences.
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and regional leadership.
