Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dwarka. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and support lead generation through calls, meetings, networking, and digital outreach. Daily activities include researching target markets, contacting prospective clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and spotting opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, provide market feedback, and contribute to forecasting and business planning.
Qualifications
• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of Business fundamentals,



market dynamics, and client needs analysis.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and confident presentation abilities.
• Experience in Account Management, with a focus on relationship-building, retention, and growth of client accounts.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a services-focused organization.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Dwarka, with the ability to meet clients and attend in-person meetings as needed.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and digital communication platforms.
