About Holistic Group
Holistic Group has been building nature-centric second homes near Mumbai for over seven years. We have completed six projects and handed over homes to around 150 families across Karjat, Roha and the Lonavala belt. Our buyers are typically Mumbai and Navi Mumbai professionals and business owners buying a weekend home, a farmhouse plot, or a villa they will design for themselves.
About the role
This is not a walk-in, same-day closing role. A second home is a considered purchase. From the first conversation to the booking usually takes six to eighteen months. You will own a small number of relationships and carry each one all the way through — the site visits, the design conversation, the family's doubts, the paperwork and the handover.
What you will do
• Carry 40 to 60 live relationships at a time, and know each one personally
• Take clients on site visits to Karjat and Roha, including on weekends
• Work with our architect to help a client shape the villa they want
• Handle the commercial conversation — pricing, payment schedule, registration, home loan




• Follow up on collections against construction milestones
• Generate referrals from families who have already taken handover

Who we are looking for
• 7 to 10 years in a relationship-led sales role; graduate
• Able to hold a long, unhurried conversation with an affluent buyer
• Straight with clients — we would rather lose a sale than over-promise
• Comfortable travelling to site and working weekends when clients visit
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred

Where you might be coming from
Second home, farmhouse or plotted development sales; holiday ownership or timeshare; hospitality sales; the life insurance agency channel; wealth management or relationship banking. Residential real estate experience is welcome but not essential — what matters is that you have sold something considered, to the same kind of buyer, over a long cycle.
Compensation
₹60,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month fixed depend
