We're looking for a Creative Director who can take a brief, find the idea in it, and lead a team of writers, shooters and designers all the way to work people remember.

This is not a role for someone who signs off on decks, and it is not a role for someone who only manages timelines. It is both leadership and craft, and the person who brings both is the one we want.

• 8–12+ years in advertising, with at least 3 years leading creative teams. Your portfolio should show campaigns that ran, not decks that stayed in a folder.
• You find the idea yourself: platforms, concepts, taglines, scripts. You don't wait for a strategist to hand you one.
• Command across formats and media: a 6-second cut, a 30-second TVC, a brand film, a hoarding, a print ad, a social campaign, and an instinct for what each one can carry.
• You lead copywriters, cinematographers, editors and designers, and your feedback makes the work better, not just different.




• You can present to a founder or a CMO, defend the idea, and rework it when the brief changes or the shoot throws up a problem.
• You stay with the work from the first scribble to the final export.
• Five brands, three shoots, one week, and every piece still has an idea in it.

• Telugu. You think, write and judge ideas in Telugu, not just in English with a translation later.
• Experience creating work for regional brands, where the craft has to work harder on a smaller budget.
• Category depth in automotive, real estate, retail, FMCG, education or public communication.
• Performance and digital-first creative: work that lands in five seconds, vertical, with no sound.
• Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, pre-viz and versioning, along with transparent opinions on where taste still matters more.
