Role Description The Customer Specialist is a full-time remote role focused on delivering high-quality support and service to ANR’s clients and their customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves capturing and documenting customer feedback, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The Customer Specialist will collaborate with internal and client teams, track key service metrics, and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction. This role requires consistent professionalism, clear communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence in a remote work environment.

Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first mindset to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.




• Experience in Customer Support and a proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, including managing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle customer interactions and collaborate with internal and client teams.
• Good Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, identify patterns in feedback, and support process improvements.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing, support, or service role, preferably in a remote or offshore environment.
• Confidence working with common office and CRM tools, and willingness to learn new systems and platforms.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a rapid-paced remote setting.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
