Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the growth of Edvolve Consulting’s learning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify trends and prospective partners,



and preparing proposals and presentations that communicate the value of Edvolve’s offerings. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support the negotiation and closing of deals. The role also involves attending meetings, events, and outreach activities to expand Edvolve’s network and visibility within the education and training ecosystem.
