Doctors Foodstore™ is building a current category in preventive nutrition — bringing science, nutrition and transparency into everyday food.
We’re now building our Creator & Influencer Collaboration engine from the ground up and are looking for a Head of Influencer Collaborations who can own this function end-to-end.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing coordinator role.
We are looking for someone who can build an army of relevant creators, create systems to onboard them at scale, execute campaigns and ultimately connect:

Creator → Content → Attention → Traffic → Customers → Revenue

• Nutrition & wellness
• Fitness
• Doctors & healthcare
• Healthy cooking
• Longevity
• Weight management
• Parenting & family nutrition
• Premium lifestyle
• Food & D2C creators
• Nano, micro, mid-tier & large creators

2. Build an Influencer Acquisition FunnelCreate a scalable system for:
Discovery → Outreach → Qualification → Onboarding → Product Seeding → Content → Affiliate → Repeat Collaboration

We want someone who can build a system capable of onboarding hundreds of relevant creators, rather than manually managing a handful.
3. Own Barter + Paid CollaborationsYou should have hands-on experience with:
• Product seeding & barter
• Paid creator campaigns
• Influencer negotiations
• Deliverables & contracts
• Usage rights
• Whitelisting / paid amplification
• Affiliate partnerships
• Long-term creator relationships

4. Execute CampaignsYou will design and execute influencer campaigns around:
• Product launches
• Brand awareness
• Product education
• UGC generation
• Conversion campaigns
• Seasonal campaigns
• Creator-led product launches

5. Manage Shoots & EventsYou should be comfortable taking ownership from:
Creator selection → Brief → Shoot → Production → Approval → Posting → Reporting
Experience handling influencer shoots, events and brand collaborations is highly valuable.
