Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for driving sales of holiday packages and travel services. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their travel needs, presenting suitable itineraries, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role involves managing client relationships, following up on leads,



preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Sales Specialist will also provide product information, support promotional campaigns, and maintain accurate records of sales activities in line with company processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven setting.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, or customer handling is an advantage.
