Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist – ROW Market who has hands-on experience in international/ROW B2C sales and is confident in engaging with customers across global markets.
The role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication, effective follow-up, and the ability to understand customer requirements, handle objections, and drive conversions through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities• Engage with prospective customers across ROW/international markets through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs, career goals, and requirements to recommend relevant programs.




• Drive lead conversion and achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Demonstrate strong objection-handling and negotiation skills to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant programs.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
• Consistently track sales performance and work towards individual targets.
