Goodpetz is a pet-commerce venture preparing for its next chapter. I'm looking for a motivated and sound person who wants hands-on experience rebuilding and operating an early-stage business.

You'll work on:
• Business development, customer acquisition and market research.
• E-commerce operations, vendor coordination and customer experience.
• Budgeting, performance tracking and commercial experimentation.
• Building processes and eventually coordinating a team.

What makes this different:
You'll work directly with the founder, own real business projects and have room to shape how the venture develops. Depending on your contribution and the business's progress, there may be opportunities for increasing responsibility, performance-linked rewards and long-term equity participation. You will share the co-founding experience.

I'm looking for:




Someone dependable, curious, commercially minded and willing to learn by doing. Prior startup experience isn't required, but initiative, communication and follow-through are essential.
• An undergraduate interested in entrepreneurship, commerce, management, marketing or technology.
• Someone who can commit meaningful, consistent hours alongside what you're currently doing.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, customer interaction, experimentation and setbacks.
• Interested in eventually leading a business, rather than only collecting internship experience.
• Able to communicate clearly, learn independently and take responsibility.
