• Post openings on LinkedIn and job portals.
• Review CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Make screening calls and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and keep hiring records updated.
• Help with joining formalities and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and support daily HR activities.

• Clear communication and confidence when speaking with candidates.
• Basic understanding of recruitment.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Someone who follows up on time and takes responsibility for their work.
• Availability to work from our Ahmedabad office.
