Job Description

• Prepare Manpower require organogram with approval of management.
• Developandimplementeffectivesourcingstrategiestoattracttop talent.
• Collaboratewithhiringmanagerstounderstandtheirstaffingneedsandcreatejob descriptions.
• Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate’s technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,



interviewing, and reference checks through HRMS.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and present job offers to be selected candidates.
• Preparation of Notes for approval from Management.
• Maintaining track of joining of offered candidates & continuous follow up with candidates.
• Employee MIS preparation as per Management requirements
• Interfacing with management & HOD for implementing HR policies & procedures in line with core objective.
• Carrying out induction / orientation program to the new recruits.
• Joining & exit formalities, documentation process, updating all current staff details in HRMS.
• Developing channel partners, vendor management, conducting campus recruitment and attain Job fairs.
• Ensuring adherence to the Statutory Compliance with respect to the business
