Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for multiple positions: MEP Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Supervisors, and Accountant. Team members will manage and execute MEP works, including planning, coordination, and implementation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for turnkey projects. Day-to-day activities include preparing and reviewing project schedules, managing submittals,



coordinating with site teams and vendors, monitoring budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Engineering and supervisory staff will conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide progress reports, while the Accountant will handle project accounting, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial documentation. All roles require active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including practical experience with plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and handling submittals.
• Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Relevant technical degree or diploma for engineering
