Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard drivers for Uber and Rapido fleet operations.
Source drivers through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates and verify driving experience and required documents.
Coordinate driver interviews and joining formalities.
Explain salary, incentives, working timings, and fleet policies to drivers.
Maintain daily hiring and joining reports.
Follow up with candidates until they join.
Coordinate with operations team for driver allocation and onboarding.
Maintain a database of active and potential drivers.
Achieve daily/weekly driver hiring targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year experience in driver/fleet recruitment.
Experience hiring drivers for Uber, Rapido, or similar fleet operations preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of driver hiring sources and local market.
Ability to meet recruitment targets.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Immediate joiners preferred.
