We’re looking for a hands-on Automation & Integrations Engineer who can build, integrate, test, and maintain production systems — not just configure tools.
What you’ll work with:
? GoHighLevel: Sub-accounts, workflows, custom objects/fields, snapshots, dashboards & API v2.
⚙️ n8n: Complex workflows, webhooks, retries, error handling & duplicate prevention
? Voice AI: GHL Voice AI, Retell, Vapi, speech-to-text & LLM integrations
? APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate limits & idempotency
? JavaScript: Build, read, debug and improve existing code
? Web: HTML/CSS/JS, WordPress & Shopify integrations
?️ Data: SQL/Postgres/Supabase is a plus
? Security: Secure credential management, least-privilege access amp; production safety
Must Have:
✅ Proven hands-on GoHighLevel building experience
✅ Robust n8n or Make/Zapier + JavaScript experience
✅ Real-world API & webhook integration experience
✅ Experience with Voice AI / LLM / speech-to-text systems
✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent written English and async communication
✅ Strong security and data-protection practices
We’re looking for someone who:
• Takes ownership from build → testing → deployment
• Tests in sandbox before touching production
• Documents their work clearly
• Flags risks early instead of guessing
• Can review and validate AI-generated code
• Stays with problems until they are genuinely fixed
