Performance Marketer (Google & Meta Ads)?Gurugram

Open Theory Labs is looking for a Performance Marketer to drive growth through paid, organic, and data-led marketing. You'll own campaigns end to end, from strategy and creatives to testing, tracking, and results.

What you'll own
• Paid campaigns: plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Creatives: work with design and content teams to brief, create, and iterate on ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
• A/B testing: run constant experiments on audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies, and scale what works.
• SEO and GEO: improve organic visibility on search engines and AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity through on-page, technical, and content optimisation.
• Analytics and tracking: set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution to measure every campaign accurately.
• Budget and performance: manage ad spend with a sharp focus on CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.




• Reporting: build transparent dashboards and share insights that shape marketing strategy.

What we're looking for
• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• A proven ability to drive campaigns from concept to results, including creative direction.
• Experience running structured A/B tests and acting on the results.
• Solid understanding of SEO, plus awareness of GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and how AI search is changing discovery.
• Confidence with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• A data-driven mindset. You make decisions from numbers, not gut feel.

Nice to have
• Experience with other channels such as LinkedIn, Snapchat, or X Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Search Console.
• Experience with landing page builders and CRO tools.
