About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented MIS Associate who can prepare raw data and turn into explicit, actionable reports. If you love working with spreadsheets, automating repetitive work, and using AI tools to get answers faster, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
•Build and manage dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel




•Clean, validate, and reconcile large datasets to ensure accuracy
Automate reporting using advanced formulas and scripts
•Use AI search and AI tools to research, summarize, and speed up data analysis
•Share insights and trends with management and cross-functional teams
•Track KPIs and flag anomalies or gaps in data.

Must-Have Skills

Strong command of Google Sheets and MS Excel
Advanced formulas: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, FILTER, Pivot Tables
Experience with data visualization, charts, and dashboards
Knowledge of using AI search and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and productivity
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Good written and verbal communication

Qualifications

•Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, IT, or Statistics preferred)
•1-3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or dat
