Role Description: The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen Chapter Skin’s brand presence and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and execute social media strategy and content calendars for both pages.
• Develop reel, static, carousel and story ideas; write scripts, hooks and captions.
• Prepare shoot plans and shoot founder-led and behind-the-scenes content using a phone camera.
• Manage scheduling, publishing and content quality checks.
• Identify, onboard and brief influencers and creators; coordinate commercials, timelines, deliverables and content usage permissions.
• Handle community management and online reputation management (ORM), including comments, DMs, mentions and customer feedback.
• Track performance and relevant trends to improve content and engagement.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing team on ad creative requirements,



concepts and feedback.
• Brief the video editor and graphic designer, review outputs and ensure timely delivery of organic and paid creatives.

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to skincare, beauty, or wellness audiences.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing fundamentals, including campaign planning, analytics, and audience targeting.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging and engage online communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
