Mashmari is looking for a hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager with 5–8 years of relevant experience in technology, SaaS, education, telecom, cybersecurity, government/PSU, or related B2B markets. The role requires someone who can build pipeline, open doors, understand customer problems, shape propositions, prepare proposals, conduct presentations and demonstrations, develop partners and carry opportunities through to closure. We need a mature, energetic professional with ownership, persistence, commercial discipline, responsiveness and the willingness to work long hours when a startup demands it.

The candidate should be comfortable selling complex technology solutions rather than commodity products, engaging senior decision-makers across schools, institutions, enterprises, government, PSUs, CSR organisations and channel partners. Strong capability in prospecting, consultative selling, account mapping, prospect qualification, CRM/pipeline discipline, commercial negotiation and partnership development is essential. Familiarity with AI/SaaS,



education technology, digital transformation or cybersecurity will be particularly relevant; the ability to learn Mashmari's evolving product portfolio deeply enough to represent it credibly to customers is critical.

The Founder is looking to develop a strong second line and seeks someone who wants to build the market with the company over the long term, not simply inherit an established sales machine.
