Role Description The Purchase Engineer (Fabrication)



will be responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities related to fabrication materials, components, and services for heavy engineering projects. This full-time, on-site position is based in Bhopal and involves sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating offers, and negotiating prices and terms to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement. The role includes preparing and managing purchase orders, coordinating with production, design, and quality teams to understand technical requirements, and maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation. The Purchase Engineer will monitor inventory levels, plan material requirements, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Daily work also involves analyzing market trends, supporting vendor development, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
