Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubli. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned territory, including planning and executing sales strategies, meeting revenue and volume targets, and expanding the customer base for Bajaj Finserv’s products. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring a field sales team,



monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring consistent follow-up with customers and channel partners. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with regional leadership, marketing, and operations to support product launches, optimize channel performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms. The role also involves conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention.
Qualifications

• Solid sales and business development skills, including territory management, channel handling, and target achievement.
• Experience in financial services, NBFCs, banking, or related sectors, with familiarity in affordable housing and LAP.
