About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Sales Support qualified to support the sales and admissions functions across Eton College, Taylor Pro College, and Multihexa Career College.
The role will be responsible for generating and managing B2B leads, supporting education agents and students, driving applications and enrolments, coordinating admissions activities, and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

In addition to sales and admissions support, the Senior Sales Support will assist with Canadian provincial student aid applications, particularly BC Student Aid, provide guidance to students on eligibility and documentation, prepare performance reports, and support the onboarding and development of new sales agents.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, education-sector experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Lead Management
• Generate, qualify, and manage B2B leads for Eton College,



Taylor Pro College, and Multihexa Career College.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline through consistent prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with education agents, recruitment partners, and direct students to drive applications and enrolments.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls and email communications with prospective students, agents, and partners.
• Schedule counselling calls, follow-ups, meetings, and other sales-related activities.
• Support sales teams with proposals, presentations, pricing inquiries, and other sales materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and support achievement of monthly and intake-based sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and partners throughout the sales and admissions journey.
