We are looking for an ambitious, rapid-moving Marketing Executive who lives and breathes fitness, understands tech and numbers, and has the creative vision to scale a movement.

You are a true growth-minded generalist—someone who can switch seamlessly between data-driven performance analysis and creative brand storytelling. You understand how the market moves, know how to build real relationships, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves - whether that means optimising campaign metrics on a laptop or executing on-ground operations at a massive physical marathon.

Key Responsibilities : • End-to-End Marketing & Strategy: Assist in formulating and executing both online (digital, influencer, performance) and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand reach and app user acquisition.
• App & Product Contribution: Leverage your tech/engineering understanding to contribute ideas for user engagement, feature promotion, and performance tracking inside the FITISTAN mobile app.
• Influencer Marketing & Negotiations: End-to-end management of influencer campaigns—from identification and deal negotiation to tracking ROI, reach, and performance metrics.
