Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Staff role based at Black Bunny in Vadodara. The Customer Service Staff member will welcome guests, provide information about attractions and services, and assist with ticketing, check-ins, and basic issue resolution. Daily tasks include answering visitor questions, handling inquiries in person and over the phone, guiding guests to different activity zones, and ensuring a smooth, secure, and enjoyable experience. The role involves monitoring guest satisfaction,



coordinating with operations and event teams, and following established procedures for crowd management and service quality. The position requires a professional, friendly approach, adherence to company policies, and readiness to support peak-hour operations, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on resolving inquiries professionally.
• Ability to promote positive Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction by being attentive, courteous, and solution-oriented.
• Clear and polite communication, including proper Phone Etiquette for handling calls and guest queries.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
